We held an eight day Shibir in Leamington Spa, a small town in the Midlands, from the 17th to 23 June. On average eight people attended, three newcomers came every night and two old Sadaks came back and felt it was the right time for them to join the whole program. They both understood Swami’s message with greater depth and as a consequence had renewed faith in this path (the new subtitles DVD from 2004 in Navasari helped a lot!!!) All the new Sadaks felt vibrations and one went into trance.

TOPIC FOR THE WEEK – 8 Day Shibir in Leamington Spa
The realisation occurred that SwamiJi says this is a present day live message imbued with vibrations and this was apparent by the response to the poster/literature advertising versus word-of-mouth advertising. Every newcomer that came was individually chatted to about the workshop and Samarpan Meditation, not hard sell but an enthusiastic heartfelt exchange. They all attended every night and felt strong vibrations by the end of the 8 days. After each evening had ended a lively discussion took place about Samarpan Meditation, energy, vibrations and consciousness and new friendships were formed
Swami has put his seed in everyone and so when we talk about Samarpan Meditation the energy flows out from us. We can help our Spiritual progress (and develop the Nabhi chackra) by sharing his message of the benefits of Meditation with everyone we meet. This brings to mind Guru Ma’s recent suggestion in Madhuchaitanya;
“Oh Gurudev I am going out please let me perform only karya that is suitable, let me speak words that are appropriate and please come along with me and remain with me.”
Which was repeated every morning. Along with a prayer for all souls who lived in the area that wanted to spiritually progress, to come and join this Shabir in Leamington. This was said a few weeks preceding the event. Also we asked prayers to be said in India with the same message.
If a small town in the Midlands with 1 committed practising Sadak can attract this many new Sadaks in a just 2 weeks imagine what a big city with many committed Sadaks can attract if they shared their enthusiasm with an open heart for Samarpan, prayed for events and repeat Guru Ma’s Prayer when ever they leave the house!
