Have you experienced darkness in your life? A time of difficulties, problems, loneliness or grief? You are not alone…

We all have these periods of darkness, unique to each of us. But we are united in this shared experience…

and we know a way out of the darkness…

Online Meditation Session (in summary) :

•  Started with announcements and beautiful reminder from Rajni B. that tomorrow is a full moon and to keep positive thoughts…
• Global Meditation and Prayer Day tomorrow (April 25, 2013). All are welcome at 5 am, 1 pm and 9 pm MST to join friends in meditation around the world (at minute 0.58).
• Hear discussion by JCO team members on top secret plans for upcoming Shibir
• A happy welcome to Nita, first time JCO attendee! Nita shares that reading the JCO newsletters are the highlight of her Monday morning commute! Thanks Nita!  You inspire us! 🙂

Then…

•  A beautiful and deep discussion on this week’s newsletter (at minute 9:20)
• Many people shared how familiar this story is for them, having similar feelings, recognizing themselves in this story…
