TOPIC FOR THE WEEK – Chakra themed Christmas ornaments
Many wonder how to incorporate a spiritual element to decorate a Christmas tree. This can, in fact, be done very easily and inexpensively. And there’s a great flexibility in the directions. Make Christmas ornaments with the chakra symbols!
What You Need:
Paper, Ornament Hangers, Scissors
(Potentially markers/crayons and paper clips if you don’t have a printer and ornament hangers)
Optional: construction paper or colored foam sheets
Instructions:
1. Visit www.samarpanmeditation.org and click on the Kundalini title at the bottom of the screen. When there, you should see pictures of different chakra symbols.
2. Either print out the page or copy and draw and color these symbols on your own on some regular paper.
3. Cut these symbols out.
4. Stick them onto some construction paper or colored foam sheets. If you don’t have either of these, leave your cut out as is.
5. Poke a hole into your cut out with the ornament hangers and twist the bottom part of the holder so the decoration doesn’t fall out. If you don’t have an ornament hanger, just undo a paper clip to do the same thing.
Your ornament is now ready to hang. Seasons greetings!
