• Started with a “Hey JBS!” from a South African Superstar
• A deep and powerful discussion on ‘what are Guru energies’ (at minute 2:32).
• What are positive and negative energies, how and why are we affected by these?

Then…

• Heike shares her experiences from the Shirdi Shibir (at minute 11:10)
• We have many layers and through this shibir, the layers fell away and we became closer to our soul.
• Bihagji shares the secret on how to stay connected to our soul throughout our day (at minute 15:25). Slow living… reducing the speed at which you do things in your day, which leads to becoming an observer and staying in the present moment.
• Why is William laughing? He shares his slow living experience that came to him while eating. 🙂
• Pravesh shares experiences on watching your state of your thoughts (at minute 23:03)
• William further shares that mantra chanting can also be done slowly and deeply (at minute 25:25).
