To connect to this very simple, Himalayan practice of meditation and experience the benefits of balance, inner peace and improved mental well-being, you can select any of the following meditation sessions according to your time zone. All you need is a smartphone or laptop and an internet connection to experience deeper peace, satisfaction and inner well being!

From the UK & Europe:

  • Peaceful Morning sessions Daily from UK 5.30 AM to 6 AM – [5.30 AM GMT]
  • Peaceful Morning sessions Daily from UK 6.15 AM to 6.45 AM – [6.15 AM GMT]
  • Evening sessions Tuesday to Sunday from Germany @ 7 PM – [6 PM GMT]. Sessions are in German.
  • Evening sessions Daily from UK @ 8.30 PM – [8.30 PM GMT]
  • Every Monday, from Germany @7.00 PM until 8PM German time – [6 PM GMT]. Sessions are in German.
  • Every Wednesday, from UK @ 7.00 PM until 8.20PM UK time – [7 PM GMT]

Experience Sharing
JCO is a real treasure-chest of members own experiences of Meditation , therefore everyone is encouraged to share their experiences on a regular basis in whatever shape of size is suited. Some write articles reflecting their own experiences or the experience at a group gathering, most post their own comments and feedback regarding the Newsletter, which inspires everyone to share their deepest moments of Soul connection. JCO encourages everyone to join in the collectivity at the physical level through physical get-togethers by advertising upcoming events and gatherings in its noticeboard – so if you have an upcoming event in our home or in your area for which you wish to invite other people, we can help you advertise it and help you build in the collectivity. Just let us know the usual details such as date, times, location and contact details. The JCO is here to help your pure wish to help us all promote meditation…the rest is all up to the Universal Consciousness.
